Allison Cohen
I’m a PhD student in Counseling Psychology at the University of Utah, where I’m advised by Dr. Jason Burrow-Sánchez. Before that, I was a Clinical Research Coordinator at the University of Utah’s Huntsman Cancer Institute.
I’m interested in the prevention and treatment of substance use in adolescent populations, as well as the effects of nature-immersive experiences and eco-anxiety on social and mental health. In my free time you can find me running, baking, reading, taking photos, and thanking my little brother for his gift-giving acumen. I graduated from the University of Michigan in 2018 with dual degrees in Program in the Environment and International Studies.
